DHM Terms and Conditions for Payments and Cancellations
- Payment Terms
- By making a booking on DHM, you agree to pay the full amount as specified at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods as indicated on the platform.
- All transactions are processed securely, and DHM does not store credit card details. Payments are handled by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway to ensure the highest level of security for your transactions.
- Credit Card Authorization
- By entering your credit card details, you authorize DHM or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount for your booking.
- If the payment is declined or fails, your booking may be automatically canceled, and you will be notified.
- Additional verification may be required for security purposes, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your transaction.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled service, you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount, and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method.
- Hours will be counted from the time of the cancel or refund request as recorded in the DHM system.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable based on the service provider’s policy.
- DHM is not responsible for refund delays that exceed the time as stipulated in point 4, caused by banks or payment processors.
- No-Show Policy
- If you fail to show up for a booked service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Some providers may offer a rescheduling option at their discretion.
- Disputes and Chargebacks
- If you believe there was an unauthorized charge or a discrepancy in payment, please contact DHM support before initiating a chargeback.
- Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in the suspension of your DHM account. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, your account will be reinstated.
- DHM reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.
- Currency and Transaction Fees
- All payments will be processed in the currency specified at checkout.
- Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees for foreign transactions, and you realize that this matter is beyond DHM’s control.
- DHM is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates affecting refunds or payments.
- Modifications to Payments and Policies
- DHM reserves the right to update payment terms and policies at any time.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
- If the user does not submit an objection, the user will be deemed to agree to all changes.
