DHM Terms and Conditions for Payments and Cancellations

  1. Payment Terms
    1. By making a booking on DHM, you agree to pay the full amount as specified at the time of booking.
    2. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods as indicated on the platform.
    3. All transactions are processed securely, and DHM does not store credit card details. Payments are handled by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway to ensure the highest level of security for your transactions.
  2. Credit Card Authorization
    1. By entering your credit card details, you authorize DHM or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount for your booking.
    2. If the payment is declined or fails, your booking may be automatically canceled, and you will be notified.
    3. Additional verification may be required for security purposes, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your transaction.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled service, you will receive a 100% refund.
    2. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
    3. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount, and no refund will be issued.
    4. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method.
    5. Hours will be counted from the time of the cancel or refund request as recorded in the DHM system.
    6. Some bookings may be non-refundable based on the service provider’s policy.
    7. DHM is not responsible for refund delays that exceed the time as stipulated in point 4, caused by banks or payment processors.
  4. No-Show Policy
    1. If you fail to show up for a booked service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
    2. Some providers may offer a rescheduling option at their discretion.
  5. Disputes and Chargebacks
    1. If you believe there was an unauthorized charge or a discrepancy in payment, please contact DHM support before initiating a chargeback.
    2. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in the suspension of your DHM account. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, your account will be reinstated.
    3. DHM reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.
  6. Currency and Transaction Fees
    1. All payments will be processed in the currency specified at checkout.
    2. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees for foreign transactions, and you realize that this matter is beyond DHM’s control.
    3. DHM is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates affecting refunds or payments.
  7. Modifications to Payments and Policies
    1. DHM reserves the right to update payment terms and policies at any time.
    2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
    3. If the user does not submit an objection, the user will be deemed to agree to all changes.
